History - The origins of this dog is difficult to trace, but some evidence states that the breed originated since the 1200s. Hairless dogs seem to be popping up all over the world, but most of them seem to be coming out of central and southern America.
Temperament - This is a playful little tike and gentle lapdog. This is a devoted to its family and willing to please.
Upkeep - The Chinese Crested dog loves to go outside, but hates the cold. In cooler weather, the Crested dog needs to wear to a sweater. The Hairless needs regular skin care, this means lotion and sun block.
Size - Both males and females can weigh up to 12 pounds and reach heights of 13 inches.
