Marguerite Paduano Sweetshop Cattery (760) 948-1731 I have decided after 40 years of  raising many breeds of cats, that the Burmese was the perfect cat. they are true  people lover cats for cat lover people. They are affectionate, quiet, extremely  clean, don't climb or caterwahl like the Siamese, easy to care for and content  to be inside pets. They get along well with other cats and animals but people are their main concern. They are fond of dogs, and also do well traveling. The Burmese has been a rare but well apreciated breed for many years., due to it's  gentle characteristics. It is a smaller sized breed. It comes in 4 colors in the  USA registries. Sable, champagne, blue and platinum. I also have Bengals. I recommend the bengal to persons experienced with cats, with the patience to  accept a little more independence, curiosity, survival instincts, hunting skills and athletic abilities. The Bengal (due to it's wild hybrid background ) is  extremely intelligent, and clever. In the right houdehold with loving attention they are fabulous pets. Without attention they tend to get aloof or skidish.  they also get along with dogs well but are a threat to small birds and pet  rodents. They can be a challang but if time and attention is given the rewards  are worth the effort. The Bengal is a hybrid of Asian Leopard cats crossed with domestic cats. The first 3 generations although absolutely beautiful, are seldom handelable. the later generations can make great pets. They come in many shades  and patterns. There are spottted (leopard type) Marbles (tiger markings) and  snows (white, with spots or marble markings, usually with bright blue eyes) If  fed a proper diet they can develop into a larger than normal housecat size. But background genetics will determine just how big. They at his point in breeding  seem to have a lot of resistance or imunity to some of the feline diseases, They  can be dificult to breed,
